    OWNER

    Clint has spent more than 22 years in the construction industry, first founding CM Construction and later expanding to create Next Level Xteriors. As the owner and founder, he’s built both companies on strong values—quality work, trust, and taking great care of homeowners throughout Wisconsin. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, hunting, and anything outdoors—whether he’s in the woods, on the water, or enjoying Minnesota’s and Wisconsin’s changing seasons.

    Chelsey Sheehan

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Meet Chelsey, our incredible Operations Manager and the backbone of Next Level Xteriors. She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes with unmatched organization, dedication, and genuine care for our team. Her hard work and attention to detail make a difference every single day. Outside of work, Chelsey loves spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and getting out on the water. Her reliability, heart, and positive attitude make her truly invaluable to our team.

    Nolan Bartle

    PRODUCTION MANAGER

    Meet Nolan, our Production Manager, who expertly leads the crews and coordinates job sites to ensure every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. His attention to detail and steady leadership keep projects on track from start to finish. Outside of work, Nolan enjoys spending quality time with his family. His strong work ethic, calm leadership, and dedication make him an invaluable part of the Next Level team.

    Melissa Olson

    OFFICE ASSISTANT

    Meet Melissa! As our Office Assistant, she wears many hats—from scheduling and social media to supporting the team and handling day-to-day office tasks. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys being outdoors when the weather is warm and spending time with her German Shepherd, Zeus. Her positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to jump in wherever needed make her a valued part of our team.

    Meet Larry, one of our amazing Project Consultants! With 19 years in construction and 3 years in exterior home and storm restoration, he brings unmatched experience and care to every project. His favorite part of the job is connecting with homeowners and seeing their excitement when the final result exceeds expectations. Outside of work, Larry enjoys hunting and spending time with his family. His dedication, expertise, and warmth make him a valued member of our team and a trusted partner to homeowners.

    PROJECT CONSULTANT

    Meet Evan, one of our trusted Project Consultants! With 15 years of hands-on construction experience, he brought a wealth of knowledge when he joined the role three years ago. His labor-side background gives him a perspective homeowners truly appreciate. Evan’s favorite part of the job is guiding homeowners through the entire process—from the initial consultation to project completion—ensuring every detail is handled with care. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and spending time with his loved ones. Evan’s expertise, dedication, and genuine care make him an essential part of our team.
