Clint has spent more than 22 years in the construction industry, first founding CM Construction and later expanding to create Next Level Xteriors. As the owner and founder, he’s built both companies on strong values—quality work, trust, and taking great care of homeowners throughout Wisconsin. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, hunting, and anything outdoors—whether he’s in the woods, on the water, or enjoying Minnesota’s and Wisconsin’s changing seasons.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Meet Chelsey, our incredible Operations Manager and the backbone of Next Level Xteriors. She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes with unmatched organization, dedication, and genuine care for our team. Her hard work and attention to detail make a difference every single day. Outside of work, Chelsey loves spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and getting out on the water. Her reliability, heart, and positive attitude make her truly invaluable to our team.

OFFICE ASSISTANT

Meet Melissa! As our Office Assistant, she wears many hats, helping keep the office running smoothly through scheduling, social media management, team support, and a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks. Her positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take on new challenges make her an important part of the team. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys staying active, working out, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. She also loves spending time with her German Shepherd, Zeus, as well as friends and family. Her strong work ethic and dedication help make a positive impact both in and out of the office.

Meet Isaiah! As Production Manager, Isaiah helps keep projects running smoothly and ensures every job meets the high standards our homeowners expect. Since joining the team, he has quickly become a valued member of the crew thanks to his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Currently attending college, Isaiah is focused on growing his skills, gaining experience, and building meaningful connections along the way. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family and pursuing his hobbies.

With a college education in carpentry and over 15 years of experience in the construction and remodeling industry, he brings valuable knowledge, leadership, and attention to detail to every project. Michael works closely with crews and homeowners to keep projects on schedule while maintaining the high standards of quality and customer service that Next Level Xteriors is known for. When he's not at work, he enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and camping. Meet Larry, one of our amazing Project Consultants! With 19 years of construction experience and 4 years specializing in exterior home improvements and storm restoration, Larry brings valuable knowledge and expertise to every project. He enjoys building relationships with homeowners and helping them through the restoration process, with his favorite part being seeing their excitement when the finished project exceeds expectations. Outside of work, Larry enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.
